Let me make short and to the point. I have eaten pizza in the Spokane area for the last 35 years with great reservation since I was stationed just north of Chicago while I was in the Navy. I ate some of the best pizza ever made while visiting Chicago and Milwaukee. So when I came home from the Navy my taste for pizza had changed. The only time I ate pizza is when the rest of my family wanted to eat it. Last fall we moved out to Otis Orchards, WA and went to have dinner at the local grill across the street from River City Pizza. We were not aware that they had just implemented new winter hours and were closed when we arrived. It had been a long day with painting the new house and we were hungry. My wife suggested that we try River City Pizza. I was hungry and agreed. I will summarize my experience that this pizza parlor is family owned and operated. Someone taught them how to make real pizza! Without question, they have the best crust I have eaten in 35 years. There toppings are plentiful and flavorful. It brought back old memories of days long gone. Last but not least, if something is not right then the family makes it right. It's that simple. River City Pizza hands down has the best pizza in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. Now we eat there at least a couple of times per month. More often when we can.

These people really take care of the locals. As a coach in the district they always take care of our sports teams weather we go there or have it brought to us. Thank you River City

We've been going to River City since we moved here 7 years ago. Great family owned business, great pizza, weekday lunch buffet with salad bar, several TV's for keeping up on latest ball games

Ok seriously! Best pizza I've had. Quality ingredients aNd breadsticks are to die for. I just moved to otis orchards and its hard for us not to eat here on a weekly basis. I would travel miles out of my way for River City Pizza!

Being from the New York area and living herefor over 20 years; this is he best pizza around. Try the thin crust. Closest to authentic east coast pizza. The way to judge a good "pie" is to try it without any toppings. This pizza wins!

Great service, best pizza we have had since moving to the PNW! Fluffy crust, great sauce and had a smokey flavor that was very nice. Fresh salad bar, had an old school pizza parlor feel. We will be back, we have found our pizza place.

For a pizza joint out in the middle of no where it seems, it has quick, good food. We used the yelp reviews to pick a place to eat and fell along this place since we are from out of town. The pizza we had was hot and fresh and delicious. Service was a little interesting as we really didn't know what to do when we walked in, it is defiantly set up as a self serve place.

'Meh' pretty much sums this place up. Pizza and breadsticks are decent. Salad bar is lacking. To mirror many other reviewers, the lady working the front counter clearly does not want to be working in food service. When someone inquired about a sandwich, she flatly said "we're out of bread". Edit: Tried them again today, service still lacking. I did the pizza/salad bar buffet. The amount of pizza under the warmers was not adequate for the 6 customers in the building (at 1230 in the afternoon). There were 5-6 cold slices left and 5-6 cold breadsticks. About 20 minutes later, they brought out one small pizza that was 2-3 different kinds. The breadsticks were never refilled. Skip this one and try somewhere else.

Absolutely delicious. First time trying it but I will definitely be back. I did the carry out special that they had for the month of October and got my money's worth. Keep up the good work you guys

The pizza and breadsticks were delicious! The service however, left something to be desired. The waitress was very friendly but she appeared to be the only one working. Between the many occupied tables and a bunch of people picking up take out orders, the service was pretty dismal.

Pizza and prices are fantastic. Great lunch buffet. The only reason I rate it 3 is because during the lunch buffet, we always have to wait for the pizza and the service isn't that great - not very friendly. There is never any pizza ready and when they do put pizza up its usually only two pies. This would be 5 stars if they had pizza available during their lunch pizza buffet.

I gave it 2 stars cause the pizza really is wonderful. Unfortunately the woman who works the desk(owner maybe?) Acts like a rude bitch.. I'm literally sitting in here right now waiting for over an hour and she's more concerned about turning the TV volumes up then anything else.. You get better service at McDonalds.. Go ahead and come in of you don't believe me. I've watched her do this to numerous people since I've been here. I'll never come back

We tried this on the first night we moved here from out of state, and we instantly fell in love! We made our own veggie pizza and it was delicious. The second time we got pizza I called for carry out and they helped me order the pizzas in a different way so that I could save money. We got the taco supreme pizza (which came with a container of lettuce, salsa, and sour cream) and the chicken garlic pizza. They were both extremely delicious fresh and days after. This is a good local place that we will be going back to many times.

A wonderful coworker of mine ordered for delivery, so this was my first time having pizza from this place and boy it was delicious! The garlic chicken pizza which has white sauce and of course TONS of garlic is so dang good I helped myself to thirds! If you love garlic, chicken and white sauce, this is the pizza for you! The crust is also perfect, not too thin and not too thick, but baked to perfection. The breadsticks are yummy as well! Don't forget to ask for extra marinara if you love marinara sauce... There never seems to be enough to go around!

Pizza was delicious! Got the Greek, and loved it! Service was average, not anything extraordinary. Only 1 server and it was kinda busy. She wasn't able to get our order right away, but was really friendlyand nice.

Service has gone down hill in the last few months. Eating in and delivery. Use to be so good with customer service. Not sure what happened. Orders are constantly wrong.

It blows my mind that this place does not have a review on Yelp! Then again, maybe not. RCP does reside in Spokane County, not known for the high literacy rate of it's brain dead residents. But if you are one of the literate ones and stumbled upon this place via Yelp, do yourself a favor and go get a pizza! Or two. Or three. And some garlic bread sticks! My wife and I arrived today from our new home on Maui, a 3000 mile pilgrimage to visit ungrateful family and re-visit the shame of living in Spokane for several years. What is the first thing we did when we got into town? Called RCP and ordered a 10" double pepperoni, green pepper and onion pizza on a garlic crust with a side order of garlic bread sticks. It was a painful, mouth watering drive back to the hotel as the anticipation of that pie nearly drove us into a frenzy. It was as wonderful as we remembered it. A perfect crust, ample cheese and toppings and a great tangy sauce. The sticks were soft and garlic infused... everything was still hot and so, so delicious. And the topper? It was less than $15!!! It is as if they gave it to us for FREE. There are a lot of pizza shops trying to go gourmet in Spokane. They suck. If you want a quality pie and don't want to break the bank run to RCP. It's pizza. Not rocket science. And it's damn good. So good that my wife said that if she ever gets caught for some future crime that puts her in the ol' electric chair, her last meal would be an RCP pie. And this is from a girl who has been enjoying the five star offerings on Maui. GO EAT THERE.

Without a doubt, some of the best pizza in the Spokane area. The service was excellent and the prices are great. Do yourself a favor and try RCP! You won't be disappointed!
